UK and German Real Estate

Shore Capital has a substantial balance sheet which it uses to seed funds being launched. This is in keeping with our entrepreneurial culture and focus on alignment with clients’ interests.
In parallel, principal finance activities into non-fund transactions has become an active arm of our business, and we have considerable cash resources ready to deploy.
During 2011 Shore Capital formed a new company, Spectrum to acquire a controlling interest in Deutsche Broadband Dienste GmbH (DBD), a German telecoms business, which owns a national and regional licence to transmit microwave radio spectrum.
